Take 9 steps now to live your most fulfilled life!

Are you happy, loving life, completely content with your purpose, direction, plans, goals, health and financial ID_100137807situation? If not, here are 9 ways to help you start living your best life … now!
  1. Start with a 12 month goal – You know the saying “If you don’t know where you are going, any path will take you there”.  By writing down everything you would love to see, either professionally or personally, you set a clear intention, which helps you find your direction.
  2. Work backwards – Write down what needs to be done in 6 months to achieve your vision, then in 3 months. Then, ask what can you do in the next 2 weeks, and start taking action.
  3. Be Fearless – So many times, fear stops, limits, and controls us. Find a soft spot for the fear, and make a pact to not let it stop you from creating what you deserve.
  4. Choose High Energy – We all make choices in our life. Why not choose the ones that give us tons of energy? Things like laughing, going with the flow, trusting, and loving, pull us up much more than annoyance, gossiping, judging and worrying. Same with food – think what foods give you energy, versus which foods drain you.
  5. Prioritize – You can’t do everything, nor be everything to everyone – so stop trying. Pick your 3 most important things, both personally and professionally, and do those things well. Otherwise, you give 50% to everyone, including yourself.
  6. No more Excuses. – The “I don’t have time” excuse is code for “I’m not prioritizing nor am I on a clear path”. Foggy brain and procrastination slows down your progress. After you get clear on your 12-month goal and work backwards, you’ll find the excuses go away.
  7. Declare “I will” – Think of your mind as a balloon only being able to hold so much. If you fill it with statements of “It’s hard, frustrating, I can’t, I’m stuck” - you’ll have little room for “I will, I deserve, I am” (Ie – “I WILL find a job I love”)
  8. Own it. – Find your path and own it!! Too often we allow others to stop us, then we blame them (or work) for our unhappiness. Remember, no more excuses. No one can stop you, but you.
  9. Feel it – Imagine you woke up having exactly what you wanted. Feel the excitement, positive energy, joy, peace, and fulfillment. Let those emotions guide, remind and consume you.
